Camp and Furnace occupies a collection of buildings on Greenland Street that were once part of Liverpool’s industrial waterfront operation. The conversion into an events space has preserved the best of the original fabric – the high steel ceilings, the exposed ironwork, the sense that something important happened here before the creative industries arrived – while making the whole thing work for the present. The main hall is one of the most dramatic event spaces in the north of England.
